At mabl, we’ve built a platform that enables users to embed automated testing seamlessly into their automated software development workflow with several different integrations and open API’s. We natively support products from Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, Azure and many others. Lately, we’ve heard a lot of customers request a native integration with CircleCI, and today we're excited to announce the new mabl orb for CircleCI.

If you’re not familiar with CircleCI, they offer a continuous integration and delivery platform that makes it easy for teams of all sizes to rapidly build and release quality software at scale. The product is used by thousands of companies around the world who want to automate their development pipeline. Orbs are reusable snippets of code that help automate repeated processes, speed up project setup, and make it easy to integrate with third-party tools.

Mabl is all about automation, especially as it relates to triggering UI tests as part of the CI/CD workflow. The newly released mabl orb provides our joint users with several benefits including:

  • Automatically testing builds for visual, functional and performance regressions on every deployment
  • Enabling the CI/CD workflow to automatically make informed decisions based on individual test output – decisions that would otherwise have to be done manually
  • The ability to view mabl test results directly in the CircleCI interface

In addition to releasing the mabl orb, mabl is now part of the CircleCI Technology Partner Program which is designed for solution providers to work together with CircleCI to make it easier for CI/CD use cases to perform at scale. We’re excited to work together with the CircleCI team to enable customers to achieve higher levels of DevOps maturity.
