At mabl, we've always believed in the power of community-driven initiatives, and this program marks a significant step towards fostering even stronger bonds with you, our valued users.
With thousands of monthly active users spanning hundreds of enterprise customers, we knew the time had come to build a program that allows our customers and thought leaders in the software quality community to shine.
“When I joined mabl in September of 2023, one thing that was almost immediately evident was how excited our customer base is about not only the software quality space, but in their assessment of how mabl is elevating that experience with them,” said Ryan Shopp, Chief Marketing Officer. “My humble and heartfelt appreciation goes out to the advocates who were the genesis of this program, and I am beyond excited to see how we can use this program to continue elevating the importance of delivering software quality to companies around the world.”
The mabl Ambassador Program’s mission is to elevate our community of modern quality professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality software experiences. Your involvement guarantees access to a network of people who are building a culture of quality in the industry, as well as opportunities to speak, participate in feedback sessions with the mabl team, and more. The program has four levels of participation:
The program itself would never have gotten off the ground if it weren’t for the quality practitioners who have pushed us to dive deeper, think bigger, and build this community. While we believe mabl is pushing the industry forward, it’s the people like them who have reinforced we’re heading in the right direction and are excited to share how mabl has transformed their quality programs.
If you’re planning to join us for mabl Experience 2024 on October 15th and 16th, you’ll get to see our Ambassadors in action, presenting keynote speeches, joining in lightning talks, and talking all things quality in webinars and panel discussions. If you’re interested in joining them on the lightning talks, which we’re still sourcing for, please reach out to your CS team or our Marketing department.
Joining the program is easy! Head over to our program page to learn more about each level, including what benefits you can expect as you move through the program. You can also check out a detailed list of activities that help you better understand what level of commitment you can expect as an Advocate, Champion, Visionary, or Ambassador.
To get started as an Advocate, all you need to do is complete five activities, like joining our Friends of mabl Slack community, complete a Foundations course on mabl University, sharing about mabl on social media, or writing a review. For most active mabl users, this takes less than 90 minutes! Once you’ve done this, simply fill out the form and submit; we’ll take it from there. If you have any questions along the way, your CSMs and AEs can help!
On August 14th at 1pm ET, Dennis Nelson, Customer Education Lead, and Abbey Charles, Web & Technical Content Manager, will be presenting a webinar on how to “Elevate Your Professional Network With the mabl Ambassador Program.” Over the course of 60 minutes, they will go over all the details of the program, including the levels, benefits, and involvement, as well as a Q&A session to answer all your questions.
