As the way we live and work has shifted to digital-first in the past year, many teams have accelerated their DevOps adoption journey. This rapid change has pushed software teams to release products more quickly, forcing QA and QE teams to reevaluate their quality strategy.

Join mabl for a three-day bootcamp on September 21-23rd, where quality engineering professionals will help you unlock efficient and collaborative solutions that optimize your user experience and enhance overall product quality. Registration is free, so sign up today!
Can’t join all three sessions? Registrants will receive recordings of each workshop so you can learn on your own schedule.
Day One: How to Build a Culture of Quality
As software testing becomes a pillar of DevOps adoption, QA's last-minute role in software development is no longer viable. In this workshop, learn how to democratize testing by deeply integrating quality into development. Mabl's experts will walk you through the three pillars of a quality-centered culture and help you develop a roadmap for making the necessary cultural and technological shifts. You'll leave with a step-by-step timeline personalized for your team.
Day Two: Building and Scaling A Functional Test Automation Strategy
As more companies embrace digital transformation, application development cycles are accelerating dramatically. As a result, QE teams are optimizing their testing strategy with test automation to guarantee software quality. In this interactive workshop, you’ll build an automated testing strategy and discover how to set testing priorities as you implement and expand test automation. You'll also learn how to prioritize testing scenarios and detect testing bottlenecks in your application.
Day Three: Understanding the QE Metrics That Matter
QE metrics are a critical part of ensuring an exceptional user experience. However, as more teams adopt DevOps, they risk being overwhelmed by an avalanche of data. Day Three of mabl’s QE bootcamp will teach you how to determine the right KPIs and metrics for your team, where to find the most useful data, and align QE performance with your company's goals.
